APO/FPO Shipping FAQ

What is an APO/FPO address?

APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses are mailing addresses used by U.S. military personnel and government employees stationed overseas.

We are proud to support military and federal customers by shipping eligible products to APO/FPO destinations worldwide.

Can I have items shipped to my APO/FPO address?

Yes. We ship eligible items to APO/FPO (AE, AA, and AP) addresses through USPS in accordance with military mail regulations.

Some oversized, hazardous, restricted, or manufacturer-limited items may not qualify for overseas shipment. Eligible items for APO/FPO shipping are identified by the “Ships APO” badge.

How do I enter my APO/FPO address correctly?

When checking out:

  • Enter the PSC, Unit, or Box number in the street address field
  • Select:
    • AA for Armed Forces Americas
    • AE for Armed Forces Europe
    • AP for Armed Forces Pacific
  • Use the assigned ZIP Code

Why are some items unavailable for APO/FPO shipping?

Certain products cannot be shipped overseas due to:

  • Size or weight restrictions
  • Air transportation regulations
  • Manufacturer limitations
  • Lithium battery or hazardous material restrictions

If an item is not eligible, our customer service team may be able to help identify an alternative.

What shipping carrier do you use for APO/FPO orders?

APO/FPO shipments are typically sent through USPS military mail services.

How long does APO/FPO shipping take?

Delivery timelines vary based on destination and military mail processing.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Priority Mail APO/FPO: 1–3 weeks
  • Remote or deployed locations: additional transit time may apply

Transit times are not guaranteed once packages enter the military postal system.

Can I track my APO/FPO shipment?
