Section 889 Compliance
As prescribed in 4.2105, FAR Clause 52.204-24:
Envision Xpress — will not provide covered telecommunications equipment or services to the Government in the performance of any contract, subcontract or other contractual instrument resulting from this solicitation.
Envision Xpress — does not use covered telecommunications equipment or services, or use any equipment, system, or service that uses covered telecommunications equipment or services.

Manufacturer's prices as well as products offered may change from time to time. Parking a cart does not guarantee item pricing or that an item will be available when the order is submitted. The amount you will be charged for an item will reflect the price in effect at the time the order is submitted for processing. Items that are no longer available will be deleted from the order. The order confirmation you will be e-mailed will always reflect item and pricing detail.
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all orders by Customer through this web site for the purchase of office supplies, paper products, office furniture, technology equipment and consumables, and related products ("Supplies") from Envision Xpress. By accepting delivery of the Supplies, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall apply unless Customer and Envision Xpress have signed a separate Agreement covering the purchase of the Supplies in which case the separate agreement shall govern.
Upon Envision Xpress' acceptance of a Customer's order, a firm contract for the purchase and sale of the Supplies will be formed between Envision Xpress and Customer, and shall incorporate all the terms set forth herein. These terms and conditions shall not be altered or amended by the use of any document(s). Any attempt to alter this document or to enter an order for Supplies which are subject to additional and/or altered terms and conditions will become null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both parties.
Customers acknowledge that Envision Xpress is not the manufacturer of any of the Supplies purchased hereunder. Any warranty with respect to the Supplies must come from the manufacturer. Envision Xpress will pass through to Customers any applicable warranties of the manufacturer to the extent permissible. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Envision Xpress' liability is limited to the replacement value of the Supplies.
Product Guarantee & Return Policy
Envision Xpress carries a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee. Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your web purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase date for a refund or exchange. Note: Healthcare, food, and perishable items are not returnable. Items must be returned in new and sellable condition, in the original packaging, with all parts and literature including warranties and instructions. The item must also include a copy of the original invoice. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returns unless the item is defective. After 30 days, contact the manufacturer for warranty information. To return an item to Envision Xpress.com, contact your local Envision Xpress store or call Customer Service at 1-800-861-0406 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
All orders of furniture may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
