Envision Xpress carries a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee. Your satisfaction is our goal. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your web purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase date for a refund or exchange. 

Important Notes

  • Healthcare, food, and perishable items are not returnable.
  • Items must be in new, sellable condition with original packaging, parts, literature, and warranties included.
  • Include a copy of your original invoice with the return.
  • Items not meeting the conditions listed above cannot be returned.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
  • Report damages and shortages within 10 days of delivery.
  • For warranty information after 30 days, contact the manufacturer.
  • Restocking fees may apply depending on product type and condition. Contact customer service for details.
  • Furniture orders may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

How to Start a Return

Need to return an item? For the quickest resolution, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign In and Access Your Orders: Go to the Envision Xpress website and sign into your account. Click on the "My Account" icon and then "Orders" to see your purchase history.
  2. Find Your Order: Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return. Click "Return Items?" next to the relevant order.
  3. Select Item and Quantity: Find the specific item you want to return. Use the dropdown menu to indicate how many you're returning.
  4. Provide Details:
    • Return Reason: Select the reason for your return from the dropdown menu.
    • Return Action: Choose your desired outcome (refund or exchange).
    • Comments (Optional): Add any additional information you think is relevant.
  5. Submit Your Request: Click the "Submit Return Request" button. A customer service representative will contact you within 8 business hours to complete the process. We aim to resolve returns within 2-3 business days from the date you initiate your return.
