Before lifting heavy objects, simply tighten the support belt to enhance the bodys intra-abdominal pressure; and after lifting, just loosen the belt to achieve a wider range of motion. Secure-fit, interior rubber-track webbing prevents the belt from riding up when bending or lifting.
