Envision Xpress carries a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee. Your satisfaction is our goal. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your web purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

To return an item to EnvisionXpress.com, contact your local Envision Xpress store or call Customer Service at 1-800-861-0406 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You may also contact customer service via email at customerservice@envisionxpress.com.

Note: Healthcare, food, perishable items, and dated material are not returnable. Items must be returned in new and sellable condition, in the original packaging, with all parts and literature including warranties and instructions. The item must also include a copy of the original invoice. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returns unless the item is defective. Damages and shortages need to be reported within 10 days of delivery. After 30 days, contact the manufacturer for warranty information. Dependent upon product type and condition, restocking fees may apply — please contact customer service for more information.

All orders of furniture may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

APO Returns

All returns must be approved prior to shipment.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping, freight costs, and insurance.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition and in original packaging.
  • Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may be refused.

Refunds will be issued after returned items are received and inspected.
