80-page, eye-ease green paper, Gregg ruled steno book. Pages are 100% post-consumer waste (PCW) and 100% process chlorine-free (PCF). Book is 6" x 9" with top wire binding. UOI is PG. PG = 6 Books.

- Covers are made from 100 percent recycled material with 35 percent post-consumer content in the front cover and 94 percent post-consumer content in the back cover
