Vinyl binder has clear overlay on the front, spine, and back covers for easy customization. Heavy-duty binder has horizontal pockets on the inside of the front and back cover for storing papers. Vinyl binders are made with a minimum of 59% post-consumer recycled and 62% total recycled. Binder is white, has a three-ring closure, and holds 8 1/2" x 11". Binder capacity is 1/2". UOI is EA.
