PLACARD - EXPLOSIVE CLASS 1.4 - 25/PK

The classification code for an explosive consists of the Division Number followed by the Compatibility Group Letter. These enable carriers to complete the placard with the required Compatibility Group Letter. These letters are used to specify controls for the transportation and storage of explosives to prevent an increase in hazards that might result if certain types of explosives were stored or transported together. These placards meet the requirements in 49 CFR for placarding explosive hazardous material shipments as well as those in IMDG. They are made of highly durable, removable vinyl and feature weather-resistant adhesive backing that permits easy application and easy removal with little or no residue.
